While the site off Hooton Road is adjacent to an existing business park, it is within the Green Belt, and we are acutely conscious that any building must maintain the mature woodland environment and enhance rather than detract from the open countryside.

We are proposing a modest structure designed to look like a cluster of rural style buildings no more than two storeys high at its most elevated point.  We propose to incorporate green (sedum) roofs and clad the building in larch – but we are keen to hear your views as to what you think would work best.
